Hard to believe that I get a letter, text message reminder, reminder cards in the mail, an email and phone call reminding me to be there at 12:30 for an appointment that they cancelled. Supposedly rescheduled for November but no one can show me an appointment made for me- because it never happened. I took half a day off of work for nothing- and now I am out of time. IF they reschedule in November I will have to do it and not get paid for it. Thank You VA! I guess they just want us to die so they don't have to pay us.
