MANY employees are very poorly trained and the administration is rock bottom. When trying tomise Veteran’s Care Program they fight against it all the way, and figure out any way they can to deny it. When my PCP requested a consult in a specific department they didn’t contact me for more than 30-days. I requested help from three Patient Advocates and none of them were able to help, and they finally stopped rerurning my calls. The delay cost me time in pain and delayed any prognosis or trestment... and they don’t seem to care.
RecommendedTHE BEST VA care we’ve seen, hands down!! And over and above any private hospital care Too!! This Long Beach VA is blowing out the VA care stereotype!! Top notch doctors, surgeons, nurses and all staff!! Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate!! ❤️❤️❤️ Nurses Sunita & Ken & Izzel in DOU are rock stars!!
