Excellent facility and the providers and doctors are great
Great people working in the ER. I had the best nurse and doctor. Dr. Oviedo was the best. She had me feeling better in no time and most importantly she listened to my pain and I was out of there in no time.

my surgery got cancelled. the receptionist named martha was so rude to me. She didnt even apologize and even laugh like she didnt care. she even took a break in front of me. Even my brother say that she was so rude. same day surgery 6th floor.
Under staffed... VA just spends on the hospital grooming but not on personal that treat Veterans... basically it’s a show & tell to impress higher up people... what happened to serving the Veteran
