very unprofessional, came to this facility and was told “Idk when labs specialist will be here.” It was an hour and half past opening and there was not one lab specialist available. Pretty embarrassing of whoever runs the place and can’t have staff there on time.

A true life saver, seriously! Before CBOC VA Beach, Hampton VAMC was extremely, extremely difficult to navigate too. I live near the NC border, and am 100% physically disabled from broken back injuries. The travel to Hampton was terrible and terrifying. I was nearly killed by a semi on the bridge, that almost couldn’t stop. Several vehicles were nearly pushed into the Bay. I bless the V,A. Every time I visit VA Beach CBOC. I got to the clinic at 4 minutes to 8 am, there were 15 veterans ahead of me. The time set on the kiosk 12 minutes fast then the time in the lobby. Got called back for my blood draw about 920 am to find out that the order was not put in by my PCM. My PCM office call me at 950 to apologize for not putting in the order. So I when back at that afternoon got there at 1515, sat there for 10 minutes, when to front desk to ask if you had to pull a number this late, she said yes, but the lab closes at 1500. All those who go here, or planning to do so, read this comment and take it to heart. The Doctors here will rush you and be very dismissive of your medical conditions. They rush everything and forget alot of things in the process. To get the proper help you need you must be very adamant to the point of almost being pushy. I had to fight with my Doctor just to have them refer me out for my problems. My experience here was terrible. Everything from the ladies behind the counter thinking everything is a joke(specifically the one... read more
