So far, I am regretting moving to virginia beach. I had to wait 4 months to do a 15 minute visit to see my Primary Care Provider, drove all the way to hampton because I was told that I could get xrays done (just to find out nothing was ordered), and the soonest I could see a physical therapist is in another 3 months. (Thank god they are able to recommend people outside if the wait time is over 30 days). But still... Its ridiculous. How is it that there are so many facilities spread out and the wait times are so long? What if... read more

Showed up at 0800 for blood tests, and they had no one here to draw blood at 0827 in the AM. Was ticket number L017 and not one person was taken into the lab to have their blood drawn. I know this because L001 was sitting next to me. Ridiculous to be waste our veterans time. Do better VA!!!

I’ve come to this VA clinic for multiple blood draws and the staff is always friendly, fast, and efficient. Since I’ve only had problems when going to the Hampton VA for appointments, this is the one I’ll go to as much as possible for care when I can.
