Charlie, from Veteran Pest and Wildlife, took great care of us. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and took extra measures, not only checking my roof for any new squirrel activity (damage to our roof from squirrel nesting last year), but also checking my Tesla Solar panel critter guards and taking pictures, taking steps to prevent any potential bird nesting under one of the soffits, and walking around my house to explain several other things regarding my cedar wood and carpenter bees, among other things. Charlie is the MOST knowledgeable guy ever when it comes to any animal or bug topic. He stopped our mouse issues and he even correctly identified the fact that we had wasps and NOT yellow jackets. two other companies, that we got for 2nd and 3rd opinions, before Charlie got to have his say so, said they were yellow jackets but Charlie clarified they are only a similar looking wasp! I went on line and verified his information with pictures and details. Great job, this man is honest and truly cares.

I hired this company because they are veteran owned and reviews were good. This has not been my experience. 4 months ago I signed a contract with them to have my chimney chase replaced due to many repairs from animals. I paid half up front and waited for them to call and say my supplies were in. After more than a week I called them and my supplies were in but not picked up.
