It became worst place since new administration took in place.
The VA overall is simply failing a lot of folks. I am a disabled Veteran, I served 26 years in the U.S. Navy. I use the VA for hearing aids and for the most part they have been great. However, I spend 6 months away from my “home” clinic in the summer. I found out this summer, from a representative at the main audiology clinic, that after I had an ear infection and lost some hearing in one ear, I cannot get hearing aid care, ie, exam and hearing aid adjustment at my local VA clinic simply because I am not registered in their ... read more
Whats disturbing is I cant tell a difference between when this VA was operating at full power vs a government shut down. No operator to answer the phones, departments dont have working numbers, under staffed or just lazy? Ive seen evidence of both. This hospital is a complete zoo
