They were on time and did a great job. They also came in under their estimate. The service tech was very friendly and made sure everything worked once he was done, and he even pointed out items that could cause future issues without pushing unnecessary work. Overall, they did a great job, and I would look forward to using them again.

The tech came out and gave me a full explanation of the quote, he didn't push to sell me more than what I needed, and that was awesome, I had 2 other companies come out and give me an estimate and, he was the only one not pushing to sell me more than what I ask for, he gave me options and explain every single one but was not pushing for me to buy what I didn't want, for that reason as soon as I can have the money to change out the complete door and assembly they will be the ones I contact for my next service.

I called Veteran Garage Door Repair , they were very courteous and we received next day service. TJ the technician is quick and knowledgeable, very nice. If ever needed again, we will definitely call them.
