They were quick to answer and come by the house. I wish I showed up with my husband when they first came by because they require you to agree to the payment before they even look at the problem. You want to know what our problem was, it was that cobwebs were blocking the sensors. That's its. All for him to clear it up a bit (which we could have done ourselves) yet they charged us $125. Out of the kindness of my heart I would have not charged a thing for something like that. Maybe they needed money really bad. But to be hones... read more
