I would highly recommend Veterans Garage Door Services. I had a spring break Sunday on my garage door, they showed up Monday to repair it. Dylan was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He arrived, gave me some options for the new spring, I made my decision, he grabbed it out of his truck and went to work. When he finished with the main issue he checked the entire door, rails and opener, as well as tightened the chain. It now works like new. I just bought a new garage door opener from Veterans Garage Door Co. in Keller. The technician that installed it did an outstanding job. He not only did an exceptional job installing the opener, but answered all my questions I had while he was working. Nice to see a you man who works that hard this day and age. I've used Veteran Garage door a few times over the years for maintenance and repair and they've always been great. I just had them (David) install new belt drive openers on two doors. Fantastic service, great crews, and timely communication. These are my go-to people and I highly recommend them.
Had them come out to replace one roller and was quoted 265.00. They replaced all rollers, said they don’t replace just one. Then when they were done they said the total is 407.55. When asked about what happened to 265.00 they said that was to just fix the door?????? Be careful with them and their priceing. I wonder be using them again!
