We had a garage door spring break, and they got us a next day appointment, with several time options. Dylan came out and helped us understand what could and should be replaced. Now our garage door opens much quieter and smoother!
One of the neighbors kids left a broom in the track and when I closed my garage door that night, it somehow messed the cable pull system on the left side up and caused the door to jam crooked. Veteran Garage Door Repair not only came out with 25 minutes of my call the next morning, but was gracious to use my brand new rollers that I had bought the last time I repaired my garage door. $313 to fix everything and it comes with a 1 year labor warranty. Will definitely be calling them again if my garage door ever messes up.
We came home super late on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to find our garage door spring had broken. Saturday morning, we called VGD and had a technician out before noon, and repairs were completed before 1pm. They were wonderful and VERY affordable. Will use them again for anything to do with our garage and already referred them to a friend of ours!
