The initial visit from Kevin and him being able to get my garage to close was beyond helpful BUT when it comes to the installation. Service was dreadful. A 3rd party team arrived and couldn’t speak English. Fought with me for over an hour about installing the new garage door, rollers and spring because there was an item in my garage that was “in the way”. Called and asked for the manager of Veteran Garage Doors to call me back and I’m still waiting. Horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
Their technician, Kevin, was extremely polite, caring and professional. He did everything in an efficient manner and explained the repairs throughly.

I just got home from a motorcycle ride sitting in the house cooling off and heard this loud boom noise !! Looked in the garage and seen the spring on the garage door broke in half . Called 3 different company’s getting prices and when they could come and do the repair . Veterans Garage Door company came to the rescue gave me one of the best prices , and I had a Technician at my house in 45 minutes. The service tech showed up on time. He was very nice and pleasant to do business with. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. He completed the job on time and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure doing business with Veteran Garage.
