I just got home from a motorcycle ride sitting in the house cooling off and heard this loud boom noise !! Looked in the garage and seen the spring on the garage door broke in half . Called 3 different company’s getting prices and when they could come and do the repair . The service tech showed up on time. He was very nice and pleasant to do business with. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. He completed the job on time and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure doing business with Veteran Garage.
Ulysses was fantastic! He did a wonderful job, was attentive to detail, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied! This a is a 2 car wooden garage door, kind of a pain to work on! Heavy! Replaced 4 springs and adjusted hinges and lubricated system to ensure optimal performance. Highly satisfied and recommend to others.
Excellent experience with this company and the tech. Called them and they came out within the hour. Reviewed the issue, fixed broken springs on our garage door, super friendly and excellent customer service. We won’t use any other garage door repair service. Highly recommend!!!
