I was really impressed with this company. I called them and there was someone here within 2 hours to fix my door. It now works better than ever, and they support Veterans, which is the reason I went with them in the first place. Definitely my go to garage door company.
Excellent experience with this company and the tech. Called them and they came out within the hour. Reviewed the issue, fixed broken springs on our garage door, super friendly and excellent customer service. We won’t use any other garage door repair service. Highly recommend!!!
I just got home from a motorcycle ride sitting in the house cooling off and heard this loud boom noise !! Looked in the garage and seen the spring on the garage door broke in half . Called 3 different company’s getting prices and when they could come and do the repair . Veterans Garage Door company came to the rescue gave me one of the best prices , and I had a Technician at my house in 45 minutes. Ulysses was fantastic! He did a wonderful job, was attentive to detail, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied! This a is a 2 car wooden garage door, kind of a pain to work on! Heavy! Replaced 4 springs and adjusted hinges and lubricated system to ensure optimal performance. Highly satisfied and recommend to others.
