Waited over 31 minutes for a simple foot x-ray, which wouldn’t have bothered me if the front desk staff acted like they were concerned even just a little. Two older veterans were ahead of me, and when one of them asked about the wait, a front desk lady quickly snapped at him very rudely and then asked him for his name and last 4 again. Five minutes later, someone took him back. In my opinion, reasking him for his information was unnecessary. the radiology was great EXCEPT after x-rays and getting fit for a knee brace i was not contacted about the findings on the x-rays or was the people who examined my leg so now i dont what is going on still a week later
Very happy with the way I've been treated by my doctor and everyone else at the SLC VA
