RecommendedI have received exceptional care over the years at this VA Clinic in Victorville. Sorry to read some of the posts on this page of bad experiences, but I haven't had a bad experience there yet.

She also HUNG UP on him TWICE on the phone within an hour's time. They also did not get his medications ordered so he was w/o heart medication for a week (and had to go the ER in order to get a prescription).-- which will cost the VA about $10,000! ALSO, my husband did not even have a Doctor -- just a Nurse Practitioner who serves w/o ... don't our Veterans deserve REAL DOCTORS ... my husban... read more
Today we had our first issue with the V.A., The PCM decided he was judge and jury yelling at my wife (a disabled combat veteran) telling her that her army/V.A. Ratings weren't a big deal and much more, so we made a call to the patient advocate, and also spoke to the clinic manager to hopefully get something done about this, but still feeling a little bothered by this, thought I would share.
Yes this place is not reliable when it comes to your life. Example I was promise a blood pressure machine due to highblood pressure. 1 week pass 2 week pass. none. Very unreliable place. They said I can pick up one at the office. Excuse me people do work from 8 to 5 here we do have family to provide for. How about mailing it to my house like you said you will. Sorry we don't mail to victorville. Really....Very sad with how Us Veterans get take care of. Promise one thing but never happens. Will call you sir to see how you are... read more
You suck really bad, service is awful can never get in touch with someone, each time I call I get the run around, have to wait for appointments aleast 3 to 4 months. It's a shame that us veterans have to put up with that.
