This was the first PETCO Vet visit I scheduled where 4 people had the same time appointment. Small waiting area made it difficult for some pets. The vet and her tech that was helping her were excellent.
Whoever checked us in, was scared of my pitbull and asked us if we wanted a private room to wait in?? She didn’t want to get near my dog and that’s unacceptable to me. We ended up in a waiting room on our own that was dirty, used as a storage room and had a ton of dog/cat hair. My dog is a sweetheart, she doesn’t show aggression or bark at other dogs… and if you are scared of dogs you shouldn’t be working with them. Giving the PetCo Mobile clinic 5 stars. They come to this location once a month and the Veterinarian is very friendly, so funny and treated my dog like it was her own. The techs and assistants were nice too. ZERO stars for the regular clinic or vet that closed without notice and is nowhere to be found with my vet records.
