Having only a five-minute grace period is not realistic, especially considering traffic in the DMV area. Even when leaving early, unexpected mishaps can still happen. Not allowing at least a 10–15 minute grace period feels unreasonable. I was turned away and asked to reschedule after arriving just seven minutes late—this was after a 45-minute drive. It was a very deflating experience to not receive the service under those circumstances.
This veterinary hospital is second to none and the staff is very professional and caring.
My first contact was with Sam, quiet and yet helpful guide. He manages your intakes with calm and a purpose to keep animals and their humans safe and happy, the direct team following up with the care of my Stella and Nala was reassuring, very respectful and engaging with both myself and my pets. Thanks for the experience and keep up the good work.
Their services are absolutely trash !!! I have never seen such an agency not willing to answer their phones nor call the customer in return. When I called the physical store is how I was finally connected to the vet hospital section. To then have the rep ask me what was the reason for our visit after me spilling the information .
