I was in a pinch so I used this service to get my dog an update to his rabies vaccine. I would say I was pretty surprised and shocked how abrupt and unhappy these employees all seemed (vet, vet assistant, person checking you in) - all I could think was, wow, these people hate working here. Everything about their demeanor, how they spoke to you. It was sad. If you are one of those employees and you are reading this: honey, it's not worth it. Find another job and I'm sorry you are not treated well.
Terrible customer service, the vaccines are cheap and contaminated and they don’t hold themselves accountable when an intoxication or harm is done to the animal. Don’t go there unless you want your dog to get sick.
