Double booked it was so packed, even with appointments, it took 2 hours
It’s a nice store, staff are friendly and I’m sure they are caring professionals. That said, they’re placing potential profit over the customer experience. They have far too many available time slots and simply cannot accommodate the time that you schedule because of that. If you’re going to request that customers arrive 10 minutes before their appointment, it would make sense for the customer to be able to have a general idea of when their appt would be.
