If you have a puppy or young dog that only needs vaccinations and the yearly check up this place will work just fine. If you have senior pets or animals with more complex medical needs, this isn’t the place. The quality of care and the level of customer service are as low as I’ve ever experienced living in three different states over the last 10 years. I don’t mean to say that the staff is malicious or negligent, just inefficient and poorly organized.
They traumatized my dog. He had a growth and due to their poor handling of him, he ripped it off. They could not stop the bleeding and sent us to an urgent care because they were ill equipped. Our dog won't even get in the car now because he thinks it means he'll have to go back there.
