So many of these bad reviews are not a recent experience in reality! This place was fantastic. I have the Vital Care program, so the exam was free, and they were so kind and helpful! From the lady at the front desk to the nurse and doctor, and even the Petco folks in the store! They helped me pick out the items I needed for my pup, carried them to the front for me, and then even out to my car so I didn’t juggle the box and my dog. I was super impressed. After bringing my dog in for an emergency situation, she was misdiagnosed. Additionally, I called multiple times following the injection she received for some information. I even physically went into the location trying to speak someone. No one returned my calls and I could not receive any informaiton no matter how hard I tried. Did not feel they cared about my pet and her care at all. I would never return here.
I am extremely disappointed in this Vetco after having visited twice within a month and getting no results. Every time I call with questions I am dismissed and spoken to with attitude and the answer I’m always given is that they are too busy. When I originally called back to get flea treatment the vet had prescribed the wrong medication and I asked if they could fix it for when I came in to pick it up. Vet visits are always like going to the dentist for me. I’m always anxious and leave with a lot less money than I had when I got there. lol Aside from that, I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism of the Vetco team @ the Sports Arena location. Everyone was attentive, concerned and able to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand.
