Fantastic vets, highly recommend!
They advertised dental care, so I brought my cat in for what I thought was a pre-dental checkup. The vet spent 5 minutes with her checking her mouth and said I'd have to go to another location to get X-rays and dental care. And I was charged $40 for the appointment! Why did they charge me for an appointment when they can't follow up with the advertised treatment?? So then I would have to go to another location and pay for a pre-dental checkup? Not a chance.
Dr. McFly and Alexandra were great! They helped us with our cats skin issue. They offered a couple different solutions. We felt like they were honest and weren't trying to sell us on everything and anything, just what was needed. We are happy to have found our new vet! For sure recommended!
I really love this Vetco Clinic. Dr. Sharon's bedside manner was amazing and calming- especially since nobody comes into the Animal Hospital for fun! She was patient, answered all of my questions (I always have a ton of questions), extremely kind, and very informative. She made reasonable suggestions and gave great advice and followed up with me the very next day via text.
