The staff here should be fired
if you make an appointment, your process is very smooth and efficient. the staff are incredibly friendly. the vets are knowledgeable and only do what is required for your pet. I had to have my pet in for dental surgery and I was informed every step of the way of any changes and why they were necessary. after the surgery, my pet was in great spirits despite having a lot of teeth pulled so I know she was well taken care of while at their hospital.
The vet technician who helped was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She was able to help me through a tough choice and euthanize my dog. The doctor was very helpful and understanding. She agreed that it was time. I am happy to have come here and have had a great experience other times I have been here.
Diana was soooo helpful and patient I really appreciated it . The staff here are kick ass and I recommend this Petco for sure!!
