Their coupon online offers a free exam for first time customers, and thats great - i still want to take advantage of that for one my cats. However, that coupon was a bit misleading becuz it only includes a wellness exam, not vaccines (that they said could cost between $30-40 which is still average/better than other veterinary clinics). But, I was under the impression that the discount would go towards the actual reason i need to take my other cat to the vet (ear infection/ear mites).
DO NOT GO HERE! During my last visit, I encountered employees who were not just unhelpful but outright rude. It seemed as though answering questions or providing basic assistance was too much to ask for. The indifference and lack of empathy shown by the staff were shocking, to say the least.
