I am very disappointed with my most recent visit to Vetco. My vet tech, Hamid Koupaei was horrible. I went to get a health certificate for my dog to travel with me as well as some unrelated vaccines. Pretty sure he didnt read any of the paperwork because he almost skipped the vaccines I came for. Hamid also lied claiming my dog needed a heartwork test and medication. Blindsided by fees. They called me and asked to bring in a stool sample for my kitten. I was bringing him in because he has tapeworms. I was looking at the vaccination packages online, and they say the full package is $250. I get to the clinic and they tell me the full package is $570, more than DOUBLE what is advertised online. But, whatever it’s California I guess, but more than double than what is online is insane. So I bring the stool and find out the fee is almost $70 to get it checked.
