Went to petco to purchase prescription cat food and was told they could only honor it if I went through their vet and got a special card. I was told that the card would be ready a few days and never heard back from them. Every time I tried to pick it up the vet was closed for one reason or another. I eventually called two weeks later and was told that they threw away my script and didn’t even make me a card. Amazing and fast service for my sweet little kitten
I took my dog in for booster shots and Olivia was very sweet and kind to my dog. I have used VetCo now for a long time, and they are great. So far they have seen 1 cat and 1 dog threw their senior years and now they are seeing 2 cats and 1 dog in their young years. The vets and assistants are kind and my animals have always been comfortable.
