Staff and Veterinarian could use more training on having compassion with our pets. They lacked the ability to talk and try to warm up the pet in an unfamiliar setting. Rushing up to them nor quickly away from them*especially after they’ve accepted you a stranger into their circle* isn’t the smartest thing to do. Take your pets somewhere they actually care, no matter your animal.
