Terrible. Both locations have canceled three different appointments on me.
The groomer basically cut all of my sweet Valentino's hair, he had beautiful hair he was left with very short hair that they couldn't fix it. It was a nightmare. He couldn't even attend his play date out in West Hollywood. As for my Maltipoo they had to fix his patches of hair. The groomers name is Melissa she ruined my little Valentino, I was so emotional because he looks like a bald chihuahua. This is the worst grooming service ever!
Last minute Sunday appointment was a pleasant surprise! My dog was exceptionally hyoer first time in the store and all staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Price was reasonable as well
Very helpful people and made me feel at ease
It’s a scam! They probably get some type of commission the person checking in and they will double charge you for the booster shot don’t believe the packages they offer. So disappointed with this experience never again. Unless you want to pay crazy money for shots I would recommend to go somewhere else and save your money
