RecommendedDr. Newhart and tech Julieanna were both amazing! Having your vet come to your backyard is so wonderful. I was able to be with my dog the whole time which wasn’t possible with my regular vet due to COVID. Now that I had such a great experience with Vet In A Box, they have a new customer for life. Excellent service and communication!

Dr. Newhart is great with my puppy. Professional, patient in answering questions, convenient with his service in our driveway, and gets the job done!
Having just moved to Reston, we are EXTREMELY impressed with Dr. Newhart's professionalism, attention to detail and his love of animals. He answered our questions, solved a problem and became our family's veterinarian. We (and our pup) give him a solid 5-STARS, and thank him for his kindness and his help.
Dr. Eric is great! Scheduling is a breeze, communication is great and you can’t beat the convenience of having him come to you! It’s nice not to have to drag your pet to the vet office, my previous dogs were always so scared of the vet, but Dundie is happy to see Eric every time! He takes time to make pets feel comfortable and secure and provides great care. He’s happy to answer any questions we may have and will even respond to emails in between appointments. Would recommend to anyone!
Dr. Eric is amazing! April 2019 I took my Casey for her check up, we knew she had cancer but were watching it based on her age. She was slowing down a little bit but stll acted like herself. Her normal weight was 18lbs, she had dropped to 14llbs. i I asked the Vet, "when do you know itis time for doggy hospice?". She gave me a shrug (her Vet for more than10 years). Vet in a Box is a terrific service! Dr. Eric and his assistant Jezel are kind, compassionate, and great at their job. They checked out our dog's ear infection and gave us advice and medication. They are terrific at handling animals (and humans alike)! Their pricing is similar to a typical veterinary practice, which was amazing to me, because the convenience they offer by coming to my home is incredible! Thank you Vet in a Box! I recommend them to everyone!
We had Dr. Eric Newhart come to our home to assist our 14 year old dog across the bridge. Eric was compassionate, kind, and understanding. Explained everything and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. Made this really difficult day a little easier. Thank You
Dr Eric and his assistant (sorry I do not recall her name but she was GREAT) are fantastic. Our old Lab Sophia was not able to move well enough for us to get her her to our regular vet. But he stepped up and arrived earlier than expected and made her feel very comfortable. He is exceedingly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Vet In a Box and I will surely bring them over again. Wife is very happy too. Five stars.
