As I said there must have been some miscommunication. I only wish that you had communicated this to your server and he would have gladly recooked your shrimp. I know that many of the chain restaurants prepare salads with inexpensive ingredients and make them large enough to be a meal, this is not our intention. We use imported cheese and vinegars among other top quality ingredients. All of our salads are meant to be a first course, and we will make sure that this is communicated more clearly in the future.
