We have eaten at this restaurant three times in the past, and every time, we drove two hours to get there, and we had a very pleasant experience, and really great food. This time was different, however. We drove 2 hours to check out the new atmosphere, and the new pizza. We had high hopes. The pizza looked like cheap freezer pizza, and tasted like it too. We make our dough every day and only use the highest quality ingredients. We have been receiving rave reviews daily. The new menu is outstanding . The Pizza Bolognese was amazing.
I’m sorry, new menu or not this place didn’t impress. Service was slow, and it wasn’t very busy, food was very bland and my wife’s dish was stone cold. Our server made an attempt to blame it on a new kitchen staff but we had plenty of time to watch him in action, he shared some blame. It was the first time I’ve not left a tip in a very long time.

The food is awesome. The new bistro menu is great and if you’re thinking about having a party this is an awesome place to do it with several great areas for private parties.
I've always loved Vesuvio's but they just took it up a notch with their new menu selections. The crab cake panini was deliciously prepared with a generous helping of crab. Amazing! They've added a pizza oven and these options can be modified for those of us that need gluten-free. There is something for everyone. Wonderful experience!
