This property first and foremost needs a deep clean, inside and out. The patio furniture is the most uncomfortable we have experienced and the sofa inside is also uncomfortable. Additionally all furniture is dingy and dirty. The entire property is dated and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, the pocket door to one bedroom was broken. Thankfully they did bring in a repairman to fix that the next day but only after we insisted for the comfort and privacy of our guests. One of the receptionists, Mr. Vetter hung up on me twice when I called. Not a good look.
Fabulous experience
Great house, quiet setting on the canal, centrally located in Cape Coral. Our only complaint was the pool heater only worked one day. The owner and managers were responsive to our questions and comments.
