We thought the place was very comfortable and roomy. Had pretty much what you needed. Everyone had fun kayaking , pool and games Everyone loved it . Only issue was the circuit breaker for the air conditioner kept going out. Had the maintenance out three times . They came quickly . They also changed the filters, which were very dirty . They were going to send electrician out , today to replace circuit . Only one side wasn’t working. Made it uncomfortable .
Our family had a very disappointing experience with this rental company. Within 24 hours of arriving at the Cayo Bonita property, we discovered an active German cockroach infestation, along with more than 20 roach traps placed throughout the home, including on the kitchen and in the kitchen drawers around the utensils. We also experienced multiple maintenance issues, including the air conditioning failing twice during our stay. Had a beautiful time in Cape Coral staying with Vesteva Vacation Rentals for a 2nd year in a row, they are top tier! The home Avida Serena was absolutely beautiful and the photos online do not do justice, upon arrival they had the exterior lights and nice music playing inside. I’d recommend them to anyone, location was 40 min to Sanibel Lighthouse Beach, and Fort Myers Beach. The home was perfect! The views feom the dour canals were spectacular. We even saw dolphins while sitting on dock under tiki! The pictures do not really portray the home- the cleanliness, the quality of kitchen accessories, the views, the grandness are much greater! We had an amazing time. And, Vesteva was very responsive. Will definitely rent from them again!!
