have had a rodent issues for 3 months..nothing but lies after lies about helping me. I have holes everywhere that the rodents are coming in and out of. Maintenance does nothing. I would not want anyone to move in these apartments. Come look at mine and u will see that its not worth it. Its bad when the property doesn't think my issues are important. If anyone know a good lawyer that can help me pls reach out to me.

Good place to live and it’s close to a lot of businesses.
I was interested in living there. I know a handful of residents. I decided to visit this summer by coming with residents to the pool, as a pool is a necessity for my living situation. I was singled out by the assistant manager who gave me attitude, hostility and flat out rude comments. No one at the pool lived there either and were guests but were not questioned. Vestavia park apartments is a great place to live! It’s in a great location, quiet, clean and safe. The staff is so helpful and nice!
I would recommend this complex to anyone! It is clean, convenient location and all the office staff and managers are very helpful, respectful and kind!
This place FLOOD’S. REGARDLESS OF WHAT IS SAID AT MOVE IN. I have lost two vehicles while living here and was recently awakened at 3am and told to evacuate to higher ground while I left everything I had in my home. Maintenance is amazing they take care of problems quickly. But without flood insurance I wouldn’t sleep peacefully at night. On top of that the apartment manager particularly the younger one is very disrespectful and unorganized.
Love location and it’s nice and clean but the communication between office and residents could be better.
