Vesta Property Services has been a nightmare to deal with in this community (Marion Ranch). Their style of management is heavy-handed, inconsistent, and unfair. Instead of creating a sense of community, Vesta has turned the HOA into a tool for targeting certain groups of homeowners with excessive rule enforcement while others are overlooked. Like many other reviewer said, Vesta Property is a horrible service provider. I have been trying to contact our HOA manager Stephanie Judd for over two weeks regarding our swimming pool issue. I emailed her 4 times, called the office 3 times and left voice message. I got 0 RESPONSE from her, absolutely 0! The receptionist who answered my phone was not helpful neither, other than telling me "she is not in the office". I told her the issue and she did not show any willingness to help.
