Ongoing Issues with Vesta Property Services – Unresponsive and Unprofessional Management I am extremely disappointed with the service—more accurately, the complete lack of service—from Vesta Property Services, both at the Gainesville office and at the corporate level. Really bad customer service, I have been trying to contact Vesta Property for more than 2 weeks now on an irrigation issue I have been experiencing, no response or communication till this day. I have even tried to contact the property manager Stephanie Judd and get the same results.
Absolutely Horrific Experience – Avoid Vesta Property Services at All Costs If I could give Vesta Property Services zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to manage anything, let alone entire neighborhoods. They do not answer their phones, ignore emails, and show complete disregard for the communities they are paid to manage.
