So hard to contact people. One week they email/answer right away. another week only voice mail or leaving messages with assistant and no response back.
I am writing as a concerned homeowner and investor in this community. I purchased my homes through Lennar sales representatives, and prior to closing, I specifically raised questions about street parking. My family owns multiple vehicles, and I was assured by the sales team—after they claimed to have consulted with the HOA—that parking on the street would not be an issue. These people are managing Marion Ranch, home owners are not on the board yet, only the developer/builder (Armstrong). The are giving people so many issues, as a investor in my investor groups I'm part of 6 properties here. What the builder & management company are doing is horrible. Lennar brought people in, sales people lied to get sales closed, now the builder & management company giving homeowners problems do drive out certain groups of people.
