Really bad customer service, I have been trying to contact Vesta Property for more than 2 weeks now on an irrigation issue I have been experiencing, no response or communication till this day. I have even tried to contact the property manager Stephanie Judd and get the same results.
Absolutely Horrific Experience – Avoid Vesta Property Services at All Costs If I could give Vesta Property Services zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to manage anything, let alone entire neighborhoods. They do not answer their phones, ignore emails, and show complete disregard for the communities they are paid to manage. Horrible HOA management, particularly the Gainesville branch. We have had a leak (main water line) in front of our property, under the side walk, for months now. Tried a dozen emails and phone calls to the community email and manager email, but with ZERO response. The billing is miss-managed, too. All our HOA dues are paid on time with the current rate, and yet we received a bill saying some 'late payment'. Again, I contacted them asking for some explanations, and yet again, ZERO responses.
