From the property manager (MARY) to the receptionist they are rude and nasty people. I do not recommend investing your money here. If they cannot be of an assistance for a small inquiry what makes me believe they will be of any help if there was a matter greater. Poor people skills and clearly they do not care about the community owners. Just the money they get into their pockets.
Vesta Property Services manages an Electronic Gate at Kings Point Delray Beach, where this gate routinely traps cars between two poles which open and close vertically. After reviewing the video tape the second pole was up, when it should have been down, as I proceeded to enter my community, the pole descended on my moving car, damaging the paint. Vesta is denying responsibility as is their usual method of operation, Shame on you Vesta.
