Libby is the best property manager I have ever dealt with. She has responsive and highly effective. I am pleased to be able to work with her
A horrific property management company. They don’t employ certified accountants. They lost the HOA election ballots which they are required to maintain according to Florida statute. Customer service is non existent. Save yourself a headache and do not utilize this company
They do not listen to their homeowners and the board of directors. The problem was, a late payment for the home owners dues. While checking bank statement's, Vesta did not automatically deduct the condo association dues from my account. After contacting Vesta mgnt, they corrected the banking issue. I was fined for late payment that the board of directors later reversed, but never compensated. Property sold a year later.
