Currently renting from them. They have denied requests from the beginning 2 years ago before moving in to clean the yard of debris. They have not taken care of the mass amount of black widows and paper wasps surrounding the house they have not taken care of re hanging the cupboard doors that we requested be done over 6 months ago. Everything they (fix) is done sub par at best and thats being nice. There is a literal racoon denied in a pile of brush that has been in the yard since I moved in.
