Bought a brand new house and the build is just horrible quality. It is very noticeable after a few months of living. It appeared to be all really nice and fancy when buying the house so don’t fool yourself and also not pick up calls and not respond for emails very cheap company.

This company built the house we bought. (Purchased in 2021 - built in 2007). Only half of the electrical outlets work. There are cracks running up the length of our vaulted walls/ceilings. The wooden fence in the backyard is warping and leaning. They put barely any insulation in the attic. The windows are cheap and have a hard time closing. The layout wastes a ton of space on every floor. The main floor has a leak in the ceiling from someone who didn't install the plumbing correctly in the master shower.
