I had a great experience with a Vesta rep named Vitalii. had a basement leak and a trades guy fr Crackmaster fixed up the leak. Another leak came up fr a different spot and he quickly set up an appt shortly after and looked into and got Crackmaster to a second time to patch up a different leak spot. Crackmaster ended up patching the wrong area and had to come a third time to fix the leak again. I am writing this review to Vesta Company. I am well pleased with Jeff for the job well done my daughter’s home. Jeff is a great troubleshooting person; he listens to what we were complaining about and he got the job done with his crew! We really appreciate his hard work and his willingness to listen to us.
