as a former client I can say the best thing they taught was to be self-reliant, because I had a lot of trouble with relying on the program.
I do not all recommend Vesta Inc. I reached out to them over a year ago to get help, the reason I chose them is my Maryland medicaid covers them for me. I have loyally attended every session on-time. The one positive thing I will say is I get along well with the talk therapist I speak to once a week on a friendship level and it is nice to have one objective person in life to talk to but it has also just kind of become a thing after a year that adds to the pressure of my already busy schedule in life and I feel just taking a... read more
