as a former client I can say the best thing they taught was to be self-reliant, because I had a lot of trouble with relying on the program.
I do not all recommend Vesta Inc. I reached out to them over a year ago to get help, the reason I chose them is my Maryland medicaid covers them for me. I have loyally attended every session on-time.
