Horrible management. Disrespectful, unresponsive, invasive, and incompetent staff have made living in their property a pure hell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I would highly advise against using Vesta Property Management. My experience with this company was nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately disappointing. First, Vesta strongly pressured me into paying for a complete repaint of the unit, a cost I was reluctant to cover as much of the unit was in good condition.
