Terrible customer service. I came to this body repair shop on a Saturday morning after checking their excellent Google reviews and high rating. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. A man came out to speak with me — he didn’t even introduce himself, spoke very rudely, kept interrupting me without listening to my concerns, and was pushing his own opinion without trying to understand my problem. Went and saw Rick this morning with my Nissan Patrol, he went above and beyond to help me with my car which had a nasty attempted break in. Even though he couldnt fix the issue he gave me the contact of a locksmith, approriate repair place AND told me some better insurance companies to go through. Amazing! This kind of customer service is rare these days. Thanks Rick!
