Lunch at Vespaio was an outstanding experience from start to finish. After a morning at the BROAD. The restaurant strikes a perfect balance between relaxed atmosphere and refined dining. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed or overly formal. Exelente comidas y servicio.
We had dinner here the other night and while the service was excellent, the food was very sub-par, especially for the price. The truffle pizza was completely soaked in oil and grease, I mean it was literally swimming in it. but I do want to stress again the service was excellent. Very good wait staff and hosts.
The dinner was salmon and a vegetable and the vegetable was burnt black and was inedible. After sending it back it returned with half normal and half burnt pieces. This is an expensive restaurant. It was too late to send back again because the Disney has a schedule. The waiter was good but a great waiter would not serve it burnt. Especially twice.
