These guys are the best! Along with being the only Guzzi and Vespa dealer in the West Valley, this is also the best place for buying and service. The crew knows your name, what you need, and they take care of you like family. I'm that customer with too many questions and they answer them all with patience and clarity. The best kept hi-end motorcycle store anywhere around!
I had my Futura serviced by them recently. Chris did a great job diagnosing the issues, had the head set bearing replaced, forks, oil and chain serviced, in less than a day, as a walk in !
Purchased a 2009 Aprilia Mana 850 from them. Seems simple enough but I live in Las Vegas! Brady and Monica both helped me to be able to purchase the bike over the phone and I drove to Thousand Oaks to pick it up.
