I genuinely felt unwelcome in their shop. I came in for a simple tire balance and right off the bat the lady at the counter made me feel like my money wasn't welcome there. They were busy but I still feel like if somebody comes in offering you work you should at least give them the courtesy and validation that their job is worthy. I'm on a nationally recognized race team and like to keep my money local but I will guarantee I will never attempt to ask this business for help again. I brought home a used Piaggio MP3, that after its service, runs like new. I was encouraged to take test rides on new scooters too, before I bought the preowned one. You won't find this kind of experience everywhere, avoid Milwaukie. I'm glad I came to see Paul & Maggy.
This is the best service I have ever received from any kind of mechanic. Everyone here was very welcoming (made me an espresso when I arrived), open and honest about my scooter issues, and most importantly, fixed my scooter to tip top condition! (and even told me to call to let them know how it is doing). I am blown away and will definitely be recommending Vespa of Portland to everyone. :) My #1 scoots mechanic now! Yay!
