I had a great experience thanks to Kevin! While I was riding, he noticed that I had very low air in my tire and kindly asked me to follow him to the Vespa shop. He checked my tire, filled it with air, and helped me right away. Kevin was incredibly kind, generous, and professional. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me so quickly. Excellent customer service and a truly good person. Highly recommend! ❤️
The French sales person in the front office is really rude and not helpful at all, of course he was when he wanted to take my money so I just called him to ask something about the registration and he was talking in a hurry like he wants to hung up the phone and yelling and being rude and at the end he hung up on me. This is your job man.. if you can not do it change it.. lol Besides that, they are gonna rip you off if you go to them for service- they asked 350$ for oil and service, I did it somewhere else with 60$ and I aske... read more
