I bought my Vespa from these guys several years ago and they seemed ok until I went back there for service which was abysmal. I sent a brand new battery with my towing company because it was in storage during and since the Pandemic and wrote that in bc the instructions that the new battery that I sent to them was in the top case. They ignored that and charged me anyway $220 for a new battery. They also charged me anywayab extra $100 for towing my Vespa for service.
