Very poor service agent didn't make sure any of the work got done. Then told me o well just sign work was completed when it wasn't. I had to call other agent myself to get work done. The agent didnt even give me the keys left by trash can too be honest that's where Realty One belongs not my keys. Been 2 weeks still have box on my door haven't heard from agent sense she got paid. Called boss to complain got hung up on. I would not use them to buy a doghouse.
I would have to start by saying that this was a life changing experience for our family! For this we have to give a special Thank you to our agent Petra Thurner. Me and my fiancé are First time homebuyers we were seeking to buy our dream home to raise our two children. My specifications were 4 rooms, 2story, with a amazing floor plan and the back yard had to be BIG!!! And I wanted all this at a affordable price.
