Just drove by the pines at John S Park. I notice you didn't add the fact that they are directly next to an elementary school and traffic here in the morning is horrendous plus it's a historic neighborhood what should have been put in would be a new park. Not new builds that are three times the size of the historical homes in this neighborhood. Ridiculous
