Bought a crystal and necklace here before Christmas. Stone came loose from the clasp and they told me to bring it in and they'd "take care of it". Dropped it off way back at the beginning of January and was told it's be a few days. 2 weeks later the stone never made it to the jeweler. Was told by the owner that he'd take care of it himself. 1.5 weeks later, I had to go in as I never got a call so went in to find the stone set completely wrong and total opposite of what it was and what was asked. 3 weeks later and Ive left 2 ... read more
