Clean, organized facility. Loving and attentive staff. Cared for my fur babies and followed my instructions to the letter. My babies returned happy and spoiled. They love the pool and outside patio. Would recommend to anyone ❤️
We have a puppy and a 9 year old lab. VIP does a wonderful job with my babies. We have boarded my babies here a few times and they loved it. One of my girls love the water and would stay in the pool all day long if she had her way. My babies absolutely loves it here. The staff is attentive and friendly to us and our babies. They are very well organized and take care to follow all of our instructions.
My dog has a fabulous time there! Today she went in the pool for the first time - and had cookies and ice cream!
Amazing place! My dog loves going and the pool is a major incentive to bring my lab to swim during her stay!
I was nervous about leaving my dog for the first time. When I called and asked for an updated they told me how she was doing and I got to see some pictures of her. She was happy when I got her but as we were leaving a dog she became friends with was being picked up at the same time and she just wanted to play and forgot about going bye bye. I can tell that they treated her well and she’s happy. I’ll definitely be going back.
Been going to VIP- well dogs have- since 2005. The gals are wonderful to my dogs and genuinely get excited to see them when I drop them off. Coco's last haircut was great! Thank you Monica!
Hands down the BEST daycare experience I have ever had. My dog Freddie absolutely loved going to VIP and the staff is nothing short of phenomenal. Also important to note how clean they keep the facility. I cant thank VIP enough for giving Freddie such wonderful care - we will miss VIP so so much!
I cannot say enough good things about VIP. I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide the amazing level of care they do here! Our dog Brutus has had a number of things (to include two ACL injuries) and they've been nothing but amazing with him throughout the years. Our dog loves it there and the staff are the best around!
