I would not recommend anyone allow their pet to stay at VIP. I just picked up my German Shepherd, Lafayette yesterday from VIP and immediately noticed something was not right on the ride home. Not only was she extremely lethargic, but had an obvious cough and green mucus dripping from her nose. I just received a call from vet and they have confirmed she now has Bordetella(kennel cough). I can't tell you how impressed I am with this place, from the minute I walked in the door I felt so comfortable leaving my boy there, everything about this place is amazing and I will definitely be a consistent returning customer! Riley had lots of fun during day care, he came right home and slept the afternoon away!
I absolutely love VIP i will never bring my dogs any place else! by far the best dog day/boarding facility in west palm beach!
JJ loved his stay at VIP...they took such good care of him!!! We are sure that next time we go out of town JJ will love going back!
Staff is amazing! They treated Bentley like a family member! !! I was out of the country and I received updates as well as pictures of my dog while I was away! Love this place!
