I first came to Verve in 2017. I wanted to connect to my truth. At the time I was completely run by external expectations. I felt wrong about everything. I spent 32 trying to fit. I have to admit that I was extremely skeptical to try Aiden’s approach for the year plus pain I had in my left hip, glutes, and Piriformis. However, thank goodness I went because after her one month program plus a few extra sessions my pain is gone. Previously, I tried acupuncture, physical therapy, massage, Pilates etc and still after a year plus the pain persisted until I went to Verve. And now to stop shoulder aches and pain, I’m down for more sessions and it’s helping already.
