LOVE Verve! The classes are high-energy and the music is fantastic. I'm newly postpartum and climbing the long ladder back to getting in shape. I feel very comfortable booking a bike in the back row and taking the class at my own pace (versus feeling pressured to keep up with all the superstars) which I really appreciate! Getting back to spin classes has made a great positive impact on my mental health - I'm SO grateful I found this studio!
Verve Oceanside is a great spin studio! I love the instructors and gets a great workout in every time.
every time I walk out of a class the only thing I can think is, holy moly I stink. You are pushed to your limits but also a lot of grace for taking it easy on yourself. Jess has been amazing at teaching self love and showing up for yourself in classes, while also holding your self accountable. Cheer everyone on, you did it!
Love this studio! The instructors are amazing, the vibe is always uplifting, the workouts are fun and I’m stronger and healthier because of it.
I love Verve! Every single staff member is kind and welcoming - they remember everyone’s names and are always helpful and warm. Each instructor has a unique style, there are versatile classes that are all super challenging, and the instructors are excellent with offering both extra challenges and modifications.
