Have absolutely no concern for others nor their time. Allows clients to wait for 30 minutes ----which would have been longer if I had not walked out . Embarrassing and down right rude. They don't need new clients! They need seminars in how to treat customers, paying customers!

Holy horrible hair salon experience, Batman! Katie, who had been slightly rude during my first haircut months earlier, but had done a good job on the cut after a few retrimmings and a lot of polite patience on my part, was unfortunately much ruder this time as soon as I sat down at her station.
