I was supposed to move in to The Rive, I had paid rent and signed a new lease contract for 3 months. The lease was signed by the building manager. Unfortunately, signing and paying rent does not mean that Stephen (the building manager) will give you your keys on your move in date! Nice place
Do yourself a favor and save your money by looking elsewhere. A monthly rent of $1,400+ gets you a tiny room shared with 5 people, built with cheap materials. The building might look fancy from the outside, but the actual living unit is definitely not worth the price.
