Do yourself a favor and save your money by looking elsewhere. A monthly rent of $1,400+ gets you a tiny room shared with 5 people, built with cheap materials. The building might look fancy from the outside, but the actual living unit is definitely not worth the price.
I was very disappointed by the way the front desk staff treated me. Was trying to look for a lost item and instead of offering assistance, he was downright ignorant and acted like I was bothering him. When I complained about his attitude, he didn’t even try to reflect and apologized. Definitely need better training in basic manners. Overall not a worthwhile living experience considering the high rent.
So incredibly impressed with our move in experience yesterday Whoever trains and organizes the move in process deserves a raise! Staff was so organized, friendly, helpful, kind, and very well trained! Thank you so much to all of the staff, people there to help you move and maintenance showed up in under 5 mins to adjust a few things. Very well done!
