Please do not move to Verve flats ever , 1. highly overpriced for small units 2. People break in garage and steal vehicles , apartment management does nothing to prevent such cases even after knowing 3. Unexpected fees when moving out like painting the whole wall . 4.Chris is a very bad property manager who Chuck’s attitude and overcharged me for things
Megan, our property manager has made my life so much easier. She is instantly responsive. Shows support and care. Is on top of any maintenance needs and is super open about where we are at on those. Honestly having someone who clearly cares is so refreshing. It’s a quiet, lovely place to live honestly. Not much street parking ( to be expected in Seattle) but I am so happy here. Would recommend.

Living at Verve Flats has been a great experience! The apartments are modern, well-designed, and surprisingly spacious for the U-District. I really like the convenience of having my own private kitchen and bathroom, plus the building is always kept clean and well-maintained.
