management switch multiple times. The new management is a big corporation who bought out the surrounding 2 blocks. They took over 2 months to fix my washer and let it flood my closet over and over again. Tripalink will try to get every penny from you and will be impossible to reach. The property manager will dodge your calls and texts every chance she gets. I lived there for over two years and slowly watched it just turn into a shit show. This is the worst apartment building I have ever, ever lived in. I was here for a year and they changed property management companies three different times. The elevator was out half of the time (I could not get up to my unit with my grandmother when she came to visit because it was out for 13 days once) and the carpets in the hallways are disgusting and stained. Some of my packages got stolen because half the delivery drivers didn't have access to the package locker. We had to call the cops due to homeless people sleeping i... read more

All the good reviews are fake - they have done a very poor job of providing their tenants with basic services… a clear example is that the elevator was down for several weeks and there were many other tenants complaining including those that posted physical notes to Tripalink in the hallways… and yet they made it very clear they did not care and that our frustrations were not heard. Thanks for reading and as you can tell I’ve been very frustrated with getting screwed over by them.
